+ What can I do with a free trial?

For free trial users, full access to Comb will be granted for a period of ten calendar days. Scan and download as many times as you would like while also enjoying access to features like the Comb Portal and unlimited one on one support from the Comb team.

+ Does Comb work with any smartphone?

At this time, the app is only available on iPhone X models or newer. The app uses the true-depth sensor built into the front-facing camera currently available on the iPhone X and newer model phones.

As new technology becomes availalble, we will integrate the app into additional devices and operating systems.

+ How do I access my scans?

When saved from the Comb app, your scans will automatically upload to your personal online Comb Portal. From a desktop, you can view and download your scans before uploading them to a CAD software or emailing the files directly to central fabrication.

+ Does Comb include modification or measurement functionality?

Comb is purpose built as a scanner, and does not include access to any augmentation or rectification (CAD) software. However, all files are saved as .OBJ or .STL to maximize compatibility with existing third party softwares.

+ What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, all major credit cards are accepted. Payment must be completed prior to accessing the technology after a free trial has concluded.

+ Is Comb HIPAA compliant?

Yes! Comb is HIPPA compliant. Patient scans are securely stored and de-identified to keep patient information completely confidential.
